Actions:

Purgative, carminative, digestive, tonic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic.

Therapeutic Uses:

The pulp is used to cure piles, rectal-fissures, cough, cold, rheumatism, constipation, menstrual disorder. It is also stomachic, anti-helminthic, hepatoprotective utero-stimulant hypotensive.
